King Property Management was established since 1996 and is a truly dedicated and totally independent Residential Lettings Agent, serving an ever-increasing demand from landlords wishing to let their properties.

A United Kingdom Association of Lettings Agents (UKALA) member since 2000 our services meet with both the statutory regulations and their code of practice. Since 2000, our client landlord base has grown year on year and in 2006, King Property Management secured a new office base in North Road, St. Helens, making us even better placed to market our landlords properties and deal directly with any request whether from landlord or a tenant.

We are in prime position to continue providing our services to the lettings market in a manner that is second to none.
